Socks must be worn at all times. We recommend socks with rubber grips on the bottom.

Q: Is Calico Kids responsible for supervising children, or any injuries that may occur in the facility?
A: No, we are not responsible for supervising your children. However, if our staff notices unsafe behaviour they may speak to your child directly for their own safety and for safety of our other guests. All customers play with toys and equipment at their own risk.
Q: Why can’t we bring outside food and drinks?
A: There's two reasons for this; first - we're a cafe, cafes and restaurants generally don't allow outside food and drink. Secondly, due to allergy concerns - We need to ensure we are able to inform our guests of the ingredients of all food consumed on premises. Calico Kids cannot accept any liability for food or drinks brought in from outside.
Q: Why do we need to wear socks?
A: For health and sanitary reasons we require all customers to wear socks in the facility. Wearing socks at all times helps prevent germs and bacteria from being spread. Removing your shoes in the play area keeps outside grime where it belongs - outside!
Q: How often does Calico Kids clean the facility?
A: We do spot-cleaning constantly throughout the day, and we give each room a thorough cleaning each night. We clean toys and play equipment daily, and sanitize all toys and play equipment weekly. Once every month we perform a deep-clean of the flooring and all play structures and equipment.
Q: Are we allowed to take videos and pictures?
A: Yes. However, we do ask all customers to respect each other's privacy, and refrain from taking any pictures or videos within the facility unless it’s your children or your party guests in the photo or video.
Q: How do we book a birthday party, Christmas party, or private party?
A: The best way to book is online through our website. You can also book by calling us at 506-543-7529, or emailing us at email@example.com.
Q: Can our children bring their own toys or stuffed animals into Calico Kids?
A: Yes, you can bring in your own toys as long as they’re safe and clean, and contain no sharp or dangerous objects. Please do not bring small toys that can cause a choking hazard.
Q: Can we bring strollers or wheelchairs into the facility?
A: Strollers can be parked by the main desk. With wheelchairs, we understand that they are a necessity and we can help you sanitize them when you enter the facility.
Q: What kind of discounts does Calico Kids offer on party packages?
A: We offer a 20% discount on party packages from Monday -Thursday. There is no discount offered for party packages on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and general holidays.
Q: Is there a discount for military members?
A: Yes, we offer a 20% discount on admission and party packages for military members and their spouses who present valid I.D. (NDI 20, CFOne, VSC, NDI 75).
Q: Does Calico Kids sell any admissions coupons?
A: Yes, we have coupons for individuals as well as families.
